We’re pleased to launch a series of FREE health and fitness workshops hosted by our knowledgeable personal training team. Geared towards helping get you up and running when it comes to health and well-being, the sessions are online and in-person to suit your needs.
From nutrition and building tips to post-natal core strengthening techniques and much more, our schedule of sessions could make all the difference to your well-being journey.
These workshops offer you the chance to get insights from those in the know as they share their hard-earned best-practice knowledge to help you get a jump start on your goals.

EAT WELL FOR WEIGHTLOSS
Eating a well-balanced diet can help you get the nutrients you need to fuel your daily activities, including regular exercise. This workshop will look at nutrition plans and optimal snacking to help you to achieve a healthy weight.
TRAINING FOR BEGINNERS
This workshop will focus on an introduction to strength training, covering a range of fixed-stack, free-weights, and body-weight exercises. Learn how to structure a whole body routine and build a platform with free weights – master the moves and build a platform for success, whether your goals are to tone up, build muscle or improve posture.
POST-NATAL CORE EXERCISES
This workshop will focus on creating a gentle core program for a post-natal exercise plan. If your abdominals have separated during pregnancy, this workshop will also help you to understand how to exercise carefully with specific exercises.
3 OLYMPIC LIFTS FOR BEGINNERS
This workshop covers 3 fundamental barbell lifts that should be included in any strength programme; Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press. Learn to master these techniques for optional gains.
MAXIMISE YOUR MOBILITY
Being mobile is a crucial but often overlooked aspect of fitness. Mobility work will allow you to function better in everyday life and during your training. This session will focus on what moves to incorporate before and after your workouts to help with injury prevention and also some fundamental movement flow patterns to help ease those aches and pains caused by everyday stresses.
RESULTS IN JUST 20 MINUTES
When time is against you, opting for exercises that offer more bang for your buck is essential! In this workshop, we’ll give you ideas for how to structure an effective workout in only 20 minutes, which will fire up your metabolism to ensure that you’re still burning calories even after your training has finished.

BOXING FITNESS FOR BEGINNERS
Knowing where to start when it comes to boxing and techniques is difficult. So this workshop will focus on boxing techniques that are important to ensure you practise safely and correctly and get the most out of your routine. The workshop will also cover how to apply hand wraps and correct pad holding.
