Morning & Lunchtime Tennis
Our 1.5hr Adult morning tennis sessions are ran by a member of our coaching several times per week. These sessions are great for club and competitive adult players and we now run a specific beginner lunchtime tennis session for players returning to the game or just starting out. Primarily based around doubles, match play and tactics most of our morning tennis players love the flexibility of being able to book on to a session as and when they wish, although they are very popular and booking is advised to reserve your place!
Sessions run on a pay as you play basis on the following days Indoor at Birchwood leisure and Tennis Complex costing £6.50 for members and £7.75 for non-members.
TIMES:
Tuesday: 9.30-11am
Tuesday: 12.00-1.30pm (Beginners)
Thursday: 9.30-11am
Friday: 9.30-11am
Saturday: 7.30-9.00am
Disability and Inclusion Programme
At Birchwood we run a comprehensive Disability and Inclusion programme including, Walking Tennis, Wheelchair Tennis, Visually Impaired Tennis and specifically designed sessions for people with Parkinson’s.
