Active At Home

Our Active at Home Programme is for anyone who wants to get involved in a weekly exercise class to progressively improve overall fitness. The 8 week programme consists of a weekly  session which is designed to help improve balance, flexibility, all the while  increasing muscle strength. Support is provided to enable participates to continue these workouts in their own time at home.

Participation in this exercise session is at your own risk – please refer to the following guidelines: You should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you participate in this session you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice. Exercise carries its own risks. You should not carry out any activities which you have been told you are not suitable for. You should stop exercising immediately  if you feel ill at any time.
