Initial face to face consultation
Exercise sessions are delivered individually or in a group setting, providing support and encouragement.
Includes supervised gym sessions and studio circuit classes.
Educational sessions.
Wider activities available includes Health Walks, Low Impact Circuits, Tai Chi, and Swimming.
Regular follow ups and ongoing support from our specialist instructors.

Am I Eligible?
To join the programme a referral is required by your Cancer Nurse Specialist, GP or other Health Professional.

How Much Will It Cost?
The 6 week programme is completely free, on completion of the programme a complimentary 4 week membership to LiveWire Warrington is available for both those affected by cancer and a carer with full access to all leisure activities and facilities across the town.
