HR Advisor
£34,029-£37,673 per annum
Permanent – 37 hours per week
LiveWire and Culture Warrington have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team.
The successful candidate will have strong demonstrable experience as a HR specialist in a complex multi-faceted organisation and will be adept at working on operational/day to day HR activities as well as more strategically.
You will have experience of working with trade unions and possess a strong working knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice, and ability to translate these into everyday use.
As a professional point of contact, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees to provide advice and guidance and help resolve people issues. Experience of working with leadership teams to implement and drive change is also necessary as is significant experience of effectively dealing with complex employee relations issues including discipline, grievance, sickness absence, organisational change, redundancy and TUPE.
