Saturday Assistant, Westbrook Library
£8.04 – £8.58 per hour plus enhancement for Saturday working
(Starting rate for age 21-22 £8.36 and for age 23 and over £8.91)
LiveWire is seeking to appoint a Library Assistant to work every Saturday morning at Westbrook library.
A Saturday Library Assistant is an integral part of the local library team. Duties include promoting reading, the issue and return of books, shelving, assisting customers to access information using the Library Management system and dealing with customer enquiries.
Applicants must have excellent customer servicing skills, be a good communicators and have a genuine passion for reading and libraries.
The hours of work are 3.5 hours every Saturday morning.
