Location and Hours: Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub – Full time 37 hrs x 1 and Part time 23.5 hrs x 2
Rate of pay: £16,738.00 – £17,892.00 per annum/pro rata for part time (National Living Wage £8.91 for age 23 and over)
Contract type: Permanent, full time and part time hours available (shift work including evenings and weekends)
LiveWire has vacancies for full time and part time Customer Services Advisors at Broomfields Leisure Centre and Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub.
LiveWire offer a diverse range of services covering leisure, libraries and lifestyles. Customer Service Advisors provide advice to customers on the full range of LiveWire’s services. Specifically, duties include selling memberships, booking customers on classes, dealing with internal and external bookings, undertaking stock rotation and handling cash.
Customer Service Advisors interact with the customer either face to face or over the phone and, from time to time, help out in the Contact Centre.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to promote and sell membership packages. Evidence of previous experience in the field of sales would be advantageous.
All hours/shift patterns include some evening and weekend working.
