HI I’m Lindsay, my fitness journey has been part of my life since leaving school. I am very passionate about health and fitness and helping others to achieve their full potential, and be the best version of themselves. I am a firm believer in ‘practice what you preach’ and like to keep on challenging myself so I can exceed my full potential and implement this to clients. I also believe what works for one may not work for another. I have worked hard on developing my knowledge over the years and still continue to do so, this has allowed me to adapt sessions for each individual client to meet their needs and goals.
I will guide you through a fitness regime to suit your lifestyle, combined together with advisory support of nutrition for your health and fitness journey. Whatever your fitness goal, I can help you to achieve the outcome you desire and more, through careful monitoring and support.
I love all sports, and feeling the positive benefits of exercise. I am a keen runner and have completed races including 5k’s 10k’ s, and half marathons. I can help you to achieve this. I love weight training and HIIT/functional training and getting outdoors and travelling, hiking and climbing mountains. I love teaching all aspects of exercise.
