We’re pleased to introduce a new six week support pilot programme to help women experiencing the different stages of menopause. The sessions will include a whole-body approach including exercise, nutrition advice, not to mention group support chat with guest speakers.

The programme provides a safe environment to enable you to talk about the challenges of menopause and provide useful guidance in making better informed choices. The exercise sessions include a full workout for heart and bone health and a combination of core and muscle tone exercises. The support group launches from the 5th October at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub.
