Senior PT & Group Fitness Lead
Location: Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub
Hours: 25 hours – with off-shift PT session delivery targets
Salary: £12,479.00 – £14,158.00
Warrington’s largest provider of leisure services is looking to recruit a Senior PT & Group Fitness Lead to help to drive the fitness product to deliver an unrivalled experience for a broad range of customers.
This role will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors to deliver against company targets and objectives.
Particular focus will be around driving PT performance, and to also grow the reach of the Group Fitness programme ensuring a diverse offering, whilst being in-keeping with company brand standards.
You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and bring a dynamic, creative and proactive approach to leading a team.
