Rate of pay: £11,997.00 – £12,824.00 per annum (National Minimum Wage £9.18 21-22 year olds, National Living Wage £9.50 for age 23 and over)

LiveWire has a vacancy for a part time Leisure Receptionist at Broomfields Leisure Centre.
LiveWire offer a diverse range of services covering leisure, libraries and lifestyles. Leisure Receptionists provide advice to customers on the full range of LiveWire’s services. Specifically, duties include selling memberships, booking customers on classes, dealing with internal and external bookings, undertaking stock rotation and handling cash.
Leisure Receptionists interact with the customer either face to face or over the phone and, from time to time, help out in the Contact Centre.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent customer servicing and interpersonal skills and the ability to promote and sell membership packages. Evidence of previous experience of customer service would be advantageous.
All hours/shift patterns include some evening and weekend working.
