LiveWire @ Home launches new 4-week structured workout course ‘Sweat Camp’

LiveWire is launching a brand NEW 4-week workout course on LiveWire@Home called ‘Sweat Camp’  – designed to offer a series of structured, progressive workouts to help keep people motivated!

Delivered by members of LiveWire’s group exercise team, the 12-session programme is aimed at people who were regular gym/class goers, but who need some motivation and drive to help continue their fitness efforts at home.

Sweat Camp will be 3 LIVE 30-minute sessions per week starting from Monday 22nd February – running on the following days/times:

  • Mondays at 9.30am
  • Wednesdays at 5.30pm
  • Fridays at 9.30am

All sessions will also be available to watch on demand following the live workouts. LiveWire hopes this new programme will help keep members motivated in the weeks ahead while the community interest company awaits further guidance on when centres may be able to reopen again.

LiveWire@Home is bigger and better than ever and with some exciting new classes launched.

LiveWire is delighted so many of members are enjoying exercising at home with the new virtual platform – there have been over 5,000 views since the start of January’s lockdown. 

There are now over 300 workouts to enjoy on demand on  – with more added every week. With over 20 different class categories with 15 different instructors, whatever members favourite sort of workout is, there’s bound to be an option. New sessions include:

  • Low Impact Aerobics 
  • Family Fitness 
  • STRONG Nation 
  • Fight
