Broomfields Leisure Centre sports hall gets a facelift
Broomfields Leisure Centre’s sports hall is set to undergo an exciting refurbishment in the coming months.
The plans comprise of two stages focussing on the sports hall, which will benefit from an improved floor and redecoration of the space. This initial phase will take up to two weeks and work will begin on Monday 20th June.
The second phase sees the laying of a new sports surface for multi-activity use. This phase will take two weeks.
During these two phases, the sports hall will be unavailable for use until Monday 18th July.
The facelift follows a series of improvements to the leisure centre, which includes a new £500,000 3G artificial grass pitch in 2020. LiveWire will continue to work closely with WBC on further plans for refurbishment works at Broomfields Leisure Centre.
