Oriental Salmon Parcels

This easy dish looks very impressive and goes perfectly with some rice and green vegetables


1 Salmon fillet 

1tbsp Soy sauce

1 tsp Honey 

1/2 tsp ginger paste

Chilli, finely chopped

1 Spring onion, finely chopped

Parsley (optional)



*place one salmon fillet on a sheet of tin foil or grease proof paper 

*spread a little ginger on the salmon fillet

*sprinkle over the chilli (as much as you want), Spring onion and parsley

*spoon over the honey and soy sauce and loosely fold over the edges of the foil to seal.

*place in a preheated oven (200/ 180oC fan ) for 10-15 minutes until cooked through and serve.
