Warrington Borough Council is inviting all residents, workers, and students to share their views on proposed changes to our public library services.
The council’s proposals include introducing a tiered system across 12 remaining libraries, allowing for tailored management and potential income generation. Unfortunately, this model also includes the proposed closure of one standalone community library.
