All LiveWire sites are approved, Covid Secure venues. This demonstrates that we have risk assessments in place to manage all of the activities that we deliver in a safe and effective way that minimises the risk associated with the transmission of Covid 19.
Bookings can be made online via our booking portal, which can be accessed on the LiveWire website or App (the creche session is listed under the classes tab). Bookings can also be made by calling the Customer Contact Centre on 01925 572 504. These can be booked 7 days in advance.
Please go to the main entrance, where you will be directed down the concourse, past the reception and Subway towards the rear entrance. The queueing system starts at the Creche door, down towards the rear doors and around the Macmillan Pod.
Children do not need to wear face coverings. Parents / carers will need to wear a face coverings when in the building, except for when taking part in exercise. Creche staff will only be wearing face coverings when greeting parents / carers at the door, but don’t need to inside.
Please only bring a small drawstring bag with a nappy, wipes, a change of clothes and a drink. Toys are not permitted and we will not be able to provide snacks or allow food to be consumed during the session.
We will not be giving out food or permitting consumption of food during these sessions.
You will be met at the door by a member of the crèche team, who will be wearing a mask. They will take a temperature check of your child, and will take your child and any small personal items into the Creche room. Adults other than staff are not allowed in the Creche as part of our control measures.
You are advised to check your childs temperature before leaving for the facility. Any children with a temperature above 37.8 degrees will not be allowed to access the Creche.
Children who are unwell should not attend the Creche, and it is advised that you seek the advice of a medical professional and observe government guidance on managing any illness.
Whilst this is unlikely given the short duration of our sessions, any child becoming unwell within our care would be isolated from other children within a 2 metre bubble. We would call for you to collect as soon as is possible.
In line with other childcare settings, you would not be eligible for a refund on your Creche cost if we are unable to look after your child after you have presented due to a high temperature/illness, but you would not incur any cancellation costs for your activity.
We would require 48 hours notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund of the Creche costs.
We are not permitted to have adults mixing in the crèche area, so traditional settling in sessions won’t take place. As part of any new sign ups, we will have a short induction slot.
