In March 2024, Warrington Borough Council brought services provided by LiveWire CIC back “in house”. This means that Warrington Borough Council now directly controls a number of leisure and library facilities in the town, including:

• three neighbourhood hubs
• two community hub
• a leisure centre
• 13 libraries

Our facilities offer customers access to state-of-the-art gyms, swimming pools, tennis courts and sports pitches, and a wide range of library resources. And our lifestyles support programmes and our community outreach activities can help you and your families make positive changes - whatever your age and interests. We strive to promote healthy lifestyles, increased participation in activities and access to free reading and learning. We are committed to ensuring our facilities and activities are accessible for all members of the community.
