Hi! I’m Zach. I’ve been training in gyms since I was 13/14 years old. For as long as I can remember, I have always valued training your body in many ways. I believe that tailoring your training regime with specificity and attainable goals will always get results. Whether it is strength, flexibility, hypertrophy, sports specific or HIIT. Whether you are new to gyms and find it intimidating or if you are already quite experienced and need some new exercises to break the plateau, my experience and expertise can give you that boost you need.
I am a 5th dan in karate which I have trained and coached in for as long as I can remember. Throughout the years as a karateka, I have achieved 6 national titles and represented my country on the official England team. I have also dabbled in many other martial arts as well (mostly Brazilian Jiu jitsu). I like to include martial arts techniques (mostly focus pad work) as part of my clients’ routine to train cardiovascular fitness, co-ordination, balance, and practical striking technique in a fun and engaging manner.

- Level 2 circuit class instructor
- Level 3 personal trainer
- Low impact circuit instructor
