Paul is managing director of the Warrington based companies Taylor Estates (Cheshire) Limited and Cheshire Telecom Limited. He is Vice Chair of Cheshire Business Leaders, Chair of Warrington Charities Trust, Chair of the Warrington and District Arts Council and Chair of the board of trustees at 20th Warrington East (Glazebury) Scout Group.
Born and raised in Glazebury, Paul is passionate about the town and aims to work with like-minded companies, charities, organisations and individuals to make Warrington and Cheshire a better place to live and work. His areas of expertise and interest include sales and marketing, health and safety, employment law, information technology, human resource management, business development, property management and development and dealing with private, public and third sector organisations.
Paul is engaged to be married to his fiancée, Laura, has three sons, Saul, Jack and Noah, and loves gardening and classic cars, especially American ones. He owns a 1972 Buick Riviera.
