Hi! My name is Paige, and I am based at Orford Jubilee but also PT at Great Sankey Hub

Why I became a PT

I’ve gained muscle, lost fat, rebuilt strength after injuries, and learned the value of moving well – especially after ACL surgery, shoulder issues and managing meniscus damage. The gym became my happy zone, and now I help others find theirs.

My approach

I’m a PT who doesn’t just push, I teach.

I support clients with weight loss, muscle building, strength work, injury rehab and confidence building. Many of my clients hit injury‑related goals within 4–6 weeks, and watching people move pain‑free again is my biggest win.

What I’m passionate about

• Helping people work with, not against, their bodies
• Building strong technique and long-term confidence
• Supporting different abilities and individual needs
• Making fitness feel achievable, safe and empowering
