I am Lynzi, the Social Prescribing Link Worker for Warrington Central/West for Warrington Primary Care Network.
Social Prescribing to me gives me a great satisfaction knowing that I am there to listen and build relationships with the community, this gives people motivation and leaves them feeling empowered.
I have worked in Warrington since leaving school and changed my career many times from Beauty Therapy, to TA, Mentoring and now Social Prescribing.
I am happily married with 1 Daughter.
I enjoy going to the gym a couple of times each week, Yoga, Gardening and Walking.
