Hi, I’m Emma and I’m a social prescribing link worker for East Warrington PCN .
My background has mainly been customer service /help desk as I have always had a passion for helping people in some way.
I am a single parent to bobby who is 10 in my spare time I enjoy walking my French bulldog coco and visiting different places and parks within Warrington finding little hidden gems . When I get some time to myself I enjoy going to the gym and socialising with friends.
