New QR code entry at Orford Jubilee Hub
LiveWire is excited to announce a fantastic update aimed at enhancing your experience during your visits.
We have implemented a fresh entry system for our Orford Jubilee Hub location, designed to simplify access to our facilities. So, gone are the days of searching for membership cards!
Starting from June 19th, you’ll use your QR code to enter the hub and attend classes.

Let’s delve into what a QR code is for those who might be unfamiliar. Essentially, it’s a type of barcode that digital devices can easily read. It stores information in a square grid of pixels, functioning much like a specialised barcode.

How to use your QR code to enter Orford Jubilee Hub
So, how will QR entry codes operate? Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Open the app and navigate to your QR code.
Your unique QR code will display on the screen.
Upon entering the building, present your QR code to the scanner on the left of the entrance.
Choose your desired activity on the scanner screen.
Congratulations, you're officially booked in!
For studio or suite access, simply show your QR code to the scanner outside.
We understand that adjusting to this new system may take some time, but we’re confident it’ll enrich your Orford Jubilee Hub experience.
What happens if don’t have my phone or my QR code doesn’t work?
Concerned about what happens if you forget your phone or can’t use QR codes? Fear not! Our welcoming reception team is on hand to assist. They can provide you with a printed code and guide you through the process. Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities.
