Join the Fit for Summer challenge and WIN amazing prizes! 🔥
LiveWire has launched a new summer campaign encouraging members to mix up their routine and make the most of their membership by trying something new.
With access to six gyms across Warrington, the ‘Fit for Summer’ campaign is all about motivation, variety and building momentum in the lead-up to the warmer months.
Gym Challenge
We’re inviting all members to participate in a fun and competitive triathlon-style event designed to motivate and inspire you to stay active.
Here’s how it works:
- Complete a 1k run on the treadmill (standard treadmill only, not Skillmill)
- Follow it with a 5k bike ride on an upright or recumbent bike (not spin bikes)
- Finish with a 1k row on a Concept II rowing machine (not TG versions)
You can do each discipline with rest in between, but to be eligible for the noticeboard, all three must be completed during the same workout session.
To verify your results, simply take a photo of your screen after each activity – this will serve as proof of your time and help you track your progress across multiple attempts.
Once you’ve finished, record your times on the designated noticeboard at your gym.

At the end of the month, there will be fantastic prizes for the fastest times at each site, plus a special spot prize for the overall best participant!
To ramp up the competition and fun, we’ll be sharing photos and stories across our social media channels – so don’t forget to tag us and share your progress!
“We want people to feel inspired, not pressured,” a spokesperson said. “Whether it’s giving a new class a go, taking on a gym challenge, or setting personal goals, we’re encouraging everyone to try it, track it, and smash it.”
The campaign includes:
-
onsite gym challenges at all six venues
-
opportunities to try a wide range of classes
-
a focus on tracking progress and celebrating achievements
All activities are included in existing LiveWire memberships. Members are encouraged to ask at reception for details or scan the QR code at their centre to find out what’s happening.
The campaign is also a reminder of the wide variety available under one membership, making it easier than ever to stay committed and enjoy the journey.
