How do I cancel my membership?
We are sorry you are thinking of cancelling and please be aware that we do offer an option to Freeze your membership which costs just £5 p/mth if you are only needing a temporary break? To cancel, please contact reception to complete a membership review form.
What's the minimum age someone can use the gym?
You can start using the gym from the age of 11 years once you have completed an Induction which is mandatory.
What is the minimum membership term?
You are not tied in to any length of membership unless you join on an Annual option where you pay a single payment for the entire 12 months. As part of our Term’s and Conditions we do request 1 months notice period which is one more DD collection after notification.
How much is it to join?
There are various options including an monthly Direct Debit, Annual payment options, and Pay As You Go Options which are shown here.
Can I use more than one facility?
Your membership will include all of the features available at all of our Livewire WBC facilities (gym, swim, sauna and steam, group exercise classes, racket-sports)
How do I change my bank details?
To change any bank account details please contact one of our sites or completing the contacts form here.
Missed or late payments?
To make a payment please contact one of the sites either by phone or in person stating the membership relates to.
How do I update my personal details?
If you need to update any of your personals then please inform reception at any of our sites who will be able to check and update your account as required.
