You don’t need to be a fitness expert – just ready to start. Our friendly, qualified advisors will meet with you to chat about your goals, your health, and the best way to get you moving again. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s right for you – whether that’s gentle exercise, social sessions, or something a little more challenging.

  • A choice of activities including low-impact circuits, Tai Chi, and health walks
  • Regular reviews at 4, 8 and 12 weeks to help you stay on track

Active at LiveWire

Move together. Feel stronger. Our Active at LiveWire sessions are perfect if you want to build your fitness gradually in a fun, social setting. This 8-week programme includes a weekly one-hour class designed to improve:
  • Balance and coordination
  • Muscle strength
  • Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular fitness
Each class is welcoming and supportive — you’ll feel the difference week by week.

How to get started

To join either the Better Health or Active at LiveWire programmes, you’ll need a referral from your GP. Once referred, we’ll help you take that first step towards better health — and keep you moving.
