Customers using any of the services in the building will be able to park for free for a maximum of three hours. A number plate recognition system will record vehicles entering and exiting the site. Those exceeding the time limit or parking incorrectly will receive a penalty notice through an external car park management company. A warden will also patrol the site to ensure that vehicles are only parked in the designated areas and the correctly marked bays.
