Mood Boosting Books
Research shows that reading improves mental well-being, and reduces stress levels by 67%.  Reading Well Mood-Boosting Books is a national promotion of uplifting titles, including novels, poetry and non-fiction. The books are all recommended by readers and reading groups. There is also a special lists chosen by people affected by cancer and young and older people. Most LiveWire libraries have a display of Mood-Boosting Books chosen by staff, or ask staff for help in finding and choosing books. LiveWire libraries have thousands of books to choose from, both in libraries and through their e-book collection.
