Hi I’m Julie and my passion for all things health and fitness started when I qualified in dance in drama many moons ago. Whilst working full time in local government, I also taught exercise to music classes in the evenings for over 10 years. It was after the pandemic, that I decided to leave my job to make the permanent switch to Personal Training. I believe that we are all capable of taking ownership of our health and fitness at any age, and the only barrier to this is our mindset. I understand that the gym environment can be a little intimidating for beginners and whatever your goals, it is my job as a Personal Trainer to work with you, guide and support and equip you with the tools necessary to be able to eventually, walk into any gym and train independently and with confidence. I will teach you, through intentional, focussed training and good nutrition, to take back control of your own health and fitness. It’s not surprising people are confused and overwhelmed by diet and fitness information overload! It’s a massive industry! But it doesn’t have to be complicated at all. I will teach you how to optimise your nutrition and view food as fuel to support your health and fitness goals.
A bit more about me! My typical holiday involves mountains and water in some way or another, and I’ve trekked up all of Snowdon’s paths apart from Crib Goch!! Google it to see why! If there’s a beach and a mountain on holiday, it’s the mountain I’ll be drawn to! I have a habit of dancing in the gym between sets, mainly to 80s music! I’m a scouser and a proud
red, obviously (having 4 brothers swayed it, but I did have a choice, honestly). I started deadlifting just over a year ago and am now dealifting my own weight!
I am able to work from any of Livewire locations across Warrington.
