Britannica Library Flat

Encyclopaedia Britannica offers authoritative, reliable and up to date information on a huge range of topics. It comes in four versions, tailored to different age groups.

Digital Activities

Every library runs free digital activities in the holidays and some libraries have regular code clubs.

Code clubs aim to provide opportunities for children aged 9 to 13 to develop coding skills through free after-school clubs. Children create their own computer games and animations learning how to use technology creatively using Scratch coding and microbits.

Libraries occasionally run sessions for adults on how to stay safe online.
