Hi, I’m Lee, my journey into the fitness industry began in lockdown constructing my own workouts with what was available in the house to keep fit. From there it expanded onto getting my personal training qualification and helping my friends reach their goals. I was so passionate about my newfound love for training people I decided to go to university to study a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, here I had the opportunity to work as a Strength and Conditioning intern at Warrington Wolves. Now I’m excited to share my knowledge and foundation I have built over the past few years with others to help them reach their own exercise goals. So, whether you’re a complete beginner in the gym or somebody who has been going for years, I have the knowledge to help you achieve your goals by developing a plan that suits you.
Throughout my own experience I have learnt that training is not just about physical activity, but also mental wellbeing. I respect that fitness is different for everyone, our bodies work in different ways, everyone has different goals. From building muscle strength, size and endurance to weight loss I am here to help you find the best method to reach your goal. Whilst ensuring you are challenged to build your confidence in the gym and in your day-to-day life.
My job is to make you a plan to reach a new level of fitness and health, in a way you find enjoyable and not restricting to your lifestyle.
I primarily work at Orford Jubilee site, but I’m able to travel to all Livewire sites.
