Description:

LiveWire has an opportunity for a Crèche Assistant to work as part of a team delivering child care provision for parents attending activities at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub.

The position is predominately based within the onsite crèche facility however the successful candidate will be working as part of a larger onsite team who provide a range of library and learning, leisure and lifestyle activities.

Applicants must have experience of working with young children and hold a Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualification in childcare or an appropriate equivalent.

The successful candidate will be provided with details of the working hours as part of the interview process; however flexibility will be required in terms of working hours.

LiveWire Assistants are responsible for a clean and well maintained environment with the minimum of disruption to customers. The job holder will also be able to provide assistance and advice on the provision of cleaning material and equipment.

A good knowledge of cleaning fluids and detergents and their use would be advantageous, as would a basic understanding of Health and Safety requirements when cleaning a public building.

The job holder must be able to handle all the appropriate cleaning equipment, have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike.

LiveWire is looking to recruit a Commercial Marketing Officer to help promote some of the biggest events and health initiatives in the town.

LiveWire operate two neighbourhood hubs, four leisure centres and eleven libraries across the town which last year attracted more than three million visitors collectively.

As Commercial Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for growing our customer base whilst supporting the Commercial Manager to deliver the marketing and communications plan in line with corporate objectives to develop all areas of the business.

Particular focus will be around the promotion of our products and projects, brand guidelines and protection.  You will play a key part in devising new systems and procedures to drive sales, which meet commercial requirements as well as addressing health inequalities.

You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and bring a dynamic, creative and proactive approach to marketing and communications activity.
