LiveWire has opportunities for Health & Wellbeing Instructors at their leisure sites across Warrington.

Health and Wellbeing Instructors are responsible for inducting new members into the Fitness Suite, prescribing individual programming for members and facilitating gym floor breakout sessions. These sessions encourage new ways of exercising with a particular focus on small 20 minute gym based Move, Train & Play functional training classes.

In addition, Health and Wellbeing Instructors actively assist in LiveWire’s retention promotions, offer Lifestyle advice and refer members to LiveWire’s Stop Smoking, Weight Management and Reach for Health services.

An excellent knowledge of current fitness trends and up to date methods of programming for members is required as is the ability to engage with customers in a supportive and empathetic way. A Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction is essential for this role.

Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub is a multi-million pound development that will bring a range of leisure, health, library and cultural services to the area, in what will be LiveWire’s first dementia-friendly facility.

With the planned opening of the new Hub in January 2018, LiveWire are seeking Hub Service Advisors. This role will be the first point of contact for customers entering the Hub providing clear and concise information, helping customers to navigate the building and promoting LiveWire’s offer.
The role will also support the frontline delivery of services, for example, the issue and return of books, maintaining a welcoming, clean and tidy library and selling LiveWire memberships amongst other things/services.

Knowledgeable, friendly with excellent interpersonal and customer servicing skills, Hub Service Advisors will be a key to achieving the full integration of our services.
Full training will be given.

LiveWire is a 7 day per week business and hours of work will vary and include evening and weekend working.

Hub Service Advisor Job Description and Person Specifiaction

LiveWire are seeking to fill a number of permanent positions for lifeguards at their leisure sites across Warrington.

Lifeguards are responsible for supervising customers within the pool and the surrounding areas to ensure safety at all times.

Additional responsibilities include undertaking cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy environment, responding to customer enquiries and moving equipment to help set up for events and activities. 

Applicants must hold a current NPLQ certificate.

We are looking for customer orientated individuals with experience and interest in sport leisure and delivering customer service.  The ability to work as part of a team and a basic knowledge of Health and Safety is required.  You would need to be able to work on a shift basis covering evenings and weekends.  LiveWire is a 7 day per week business and hours will vary and include evenings and weekends.
