HM Prison Thorn Cross is a Cat D male institution for offenders aged 21+. An opportunity has arisen for a qualified librarian to supervise and work alongside staff and prison orderlies to encourage a love of the written word and help improve the literacy of those housed at the prison.


We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering services which make a meaningful difference to offenders by helping them to change their lives for the better.

Salary:                        Up to £17,892 (pro-rata for part time contracts) + enhanced payments for weekend, late evening and early morning working

 

LiveWire are looking for committed and hardworking qualified lifeguards. 

 

Opportunities exist across LiveWire’s sites in Warrington.  There are facilities in Great Sankey, Orford, Woolston and Appleton.    

 

Lifeguards work as part of a team to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.  Their duties include:

  • Supervising customers within the pool and surrounding areas

  • Room and equipment set ups for events and activities

  • Helping with building cleanliness

  • Assisting customers with their enquiries and individual needs

 

You will need to hold a valid, up to date RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification, have great customer servicing skills, the ability to work as part of a team, act safely and a basic knowledge of Health and Safety

Lifeguards receive competitive rates of pay including enhanced payment for weekend working and benefit from free leisure membership.

The successful candidate will work alongside and lead and motivate the Contact Centre Team in order to deliver first class customer service. The Contact Centre will play a pivotal role in driving sales and improving overall customer satisfaction levels.

 

Experience of strong leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to effectively handle and resolve customer challenges in a way that positively reflects on the brand is a must.

 

The Contact Centre Team Leader will be responsible for analysing Key Performance Indicators, taking proactive steps to continually improve processes and systems.
