Salary: £34,029 - £37,673 per annum

Hours: 37 per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join LiveWire.

The successful candidate will have strong demonstrable leadership skills to give direction, constructively challenge and improve decision making to achieve high quality standards and operational efficiency across two of our facilities.

You will excel in effectively engaging with key stakeholders, to develop and improve services, providing operational leadership to ensure the delivery of targets whilst also ensuring adherence to all legislative and statutory requirements.

As a confident leader, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of the leisure, and wider wellbeing sectors. You will have demonstrable experience in managing successful teams and placing the customer experience at the heart of your approach.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), LiveWire has a Board of Directors who are responsible for the strategic vision and effectiveness of the Company and its services. Besides thinking about services and facilities, Directors must ensure that the organisation safeguards its assets, meets its financial obligations and functions within the legal framework required of a CIC.

With ambitious plans for the future, LiveWire is looking for individuals with strategic and clear thinking skills, the ambition and dedication to drive a company forward, an understanding of social and commercial issues, innovative ideas and the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team.

This is a non-remunerated role, but expenses will be paid.  Employees of Warrington Borough Council are not eligible to apply.
