I fell in love with fitness following the birth of my eldest child 10 years ago, not only did exercise improve the way I looked but also how I felt.
As a mum of three, I appreciate how hard it is to get time to exercise but I know from experience that exercising regularly is not just about weight loss, it also boosts your energy levels, improves sleep patterns and leaves you feeling great.
I am very passionate about helping people to achieve their goals, I like to really get to know my clients and understand what it is that they need.
Once we have identified your goal I will guide you through your individually tailored plan, each session will be dependent on your fitness level and reviewed regularly. I will be there every step of the way and together we can achieve everything you want and more. I promise to work extremely hard to make each session varied and fun, I am constantly researching new and exciting training methods to use with my clients.
My passion began with Body Combat and Body Pump is another class I thoroughly enjoy, I absolutely love the class environment. I also enjoy doing High Intensity training such as Grit and like to mix this up with conditioning exercises in the gym.

I have been involved in the fitness industry since leaving school at 16, name a sport and I’ve probably given it a go from football to mixed martial arts! Through this I’ve picked up many techniques over the years which help clients break barriers that have previously deterred them.
I am a fun loving character that gets the best out of you from making workouts that are enjoyable yet challenging, I enjoy incorporating boxing and MMA style exercises into my workouts as they are great for stress relief and break up the monotony of training.
From making programmes for a variety of clients I can tailor any workout to your unique abilities, ensuring that your programme is your programme.
