I love to help my clients think outside the box and get then to participate in different training, including HITT and functional fitness

• Level IV Obesity
• Level IV Diabetes
• Level III GP Referral
I came upon my career choice after going through my own weight loss journey, which encouraged me to start to help people embracing my passion and encouraging a healthy lifestyle choice to all that would listen.
My other passions include swimming and running races, as well as eating and cooking clean food.
