As well as great equipment and hundreds of classes, our Personal Trainers are on hand to help you to get the most out of your visits to LiveWire and to help you to reach your health and fitness goals.

Whatever you need, our Personal Trainers can help you. They can help to give you added motivation and a confidence boost to ensure you get more from your membership. Our Personal Trainers will provide a personal training plan, nutrition advice, help with weight management, and even specialised rehabilitation too. They will push you and keep you motivated, and you will soon you see positive results.

    I have been a Personal Trainer since 2014.

    My areas of expertise:
    I am experienced in weight and shape management, muscle building, and seniors’ fitness, helping my clients define and achieve their fitness goals with regular performance assessments.

    I love to help my clients think outside the box and get then to participate in different training, including HITT and functional fitness My qualifications include:
    • PT qualification.
    • Level IV Obesity
    • Level IV Diabetes
    • Level III GP Referral

    I came upon my career choice after going through my own weight loss journey, which encouraged me to start to help people embracing my passion and encouraging a healthy lifestyle choice to all that would listen.

    My other passions include swimming and running races, as well as eating and cooking clean food.

    I have been working in the sport and leisure industry since 2005, straight after studying sport.

    My favourite sports are football, surfing, skiing and mixed martial arts. When training myself I don’t just stick to one type of training, I like to think outside the box and incorporate multiple training methods including body building, functional training, cross-fit and fitness specific to sports. I am a firm believer in practicing what I preach.

    I played Rugby League for 13 years, 8 of those were for Great Britain. I became Vice Captain on my last tour of New Zealand and honoured to be Captain on my very last Test match. I was awarded Warrington Sport Personality of the year in 2000 on the back of receiving Player of the Tour.

    I worked for Warrington Wolves for 8 years as a Sports Development Officer which then lead me into the Fitness Industry. I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor for 8 years now.

    My areas of expertise:
    I have worked with a different range of clientele throughout my career from elite athletes to newcomers to the gym. I specialise in Weight Loss, Resistance, Functional, Plyometrics and Interval Training.

    I have previously been a Club Manager but my passion is more hands on with helping clients on their fitness journey to achieving goals more effectively to boost their motivation and knowledge in a fun environment whilst also supporting them with lifestyle changes along the way.

    When I am exercising myself I like to do a mixture of HIIT and strength training. My favourite piece of kit is the TRX which is great for body weight training.

    I am a fully qualified Level III Personal Trainer with a strong passion for all things fitness, sport and nutrition.

    My areas of expertise:
    I have an extensive knowledge of a variety of training methods, anatomy and nutrition which I apply to my client’s programmes to ensure they get the best possible results from their training with me. With a personal seven stone weight loss, I can relate with and help you to overcome any mental and physical barriers which you may face during your weight loss journey.

    My qualifications include:
    • Level III Personal Trainer.

    During my career I have worked with a range of different clients who had performance sport specific goals. This has allowed me to gain further knowledge into the sports of tennis and football allowing me to gain a strong insight into performance fitness as a whole.

    I train 5 times per week which is a mix of weight training and cardio. I also love to take long walk outside around the fields where I live. My favourite exercise would be sumo deadlifts but I also love using the Omnia rig to do assisted single leg squats and using the battleropes!

    I take pride in supporting people and put 100% into each of my client’s. This allows me to develop strong relationships with them inside and outside of the gym. I look forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals!

    I will provide you with new challenges and exercise sessions that are tailored to your specific goals and needs. Your hard work will be rewarded with increased flexibility, improved fundamental core strength along with improved fitness, muscular strength and muscular endurance.

    My qualifications include:
    • GP Exercise Referral and Cancer Rehabilitation
    • Level 4 Exercise Professional qualified in Personal Training

    My own passion is mountain biking but within the gym I enjoy High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Functional Training. The functional equipment in the LiveWire fitness suites contains some of my favourite kit with it being so versatile and adaptable; it’s always fun to use.
