Whatever you need, our Personal Trainers can help you. They can help to give you added motivation and a confidence boost to ensure you get more from your membership. Our Personal Trainers will provide a personal training plan, nutrition advice, help with weight management, and even specialised rehabilitation too.     I’m passionate about helping people look and feel better. Having being on my own personal health, wellbeing and weight loss journey, I have first-hand experience to support people on their own journey, helping them achieve their goals.

    I deliver sessions to suit my client’s needs and goals with compassion and empathy whilst getting them to achieve more than they think possible. I make it fun but challenging. Specialising in fat loss, weight management and nutrition, I also train across various systems to build endurance, strength, core strength, full body conditioning, sculpting and improving fitness levels. I like to train using different methods and kit, including cardio, cross-fit, functional, boxing, circuits, weights and the TRX.

    Personally I love running, hiking, skiing, boxing, HIIT, functional training, circuits, weightlifting and yoga.

    My favourite sports are football, surfing, skiing and mixed martial arts. When training myself I don’t just stick to one type of training, I like to think outside the box and incorporate multiple training methods including body building, functional training, cross-fit and fitness specific to sports. I am a firm believer in practicing what I preach.

    I played Rugby League for 13 years, 8 of those were for Great Britain. I became Vice Captain on my last tour of New Zealand and honoured to be Captain on my very last Test match. I was awarded Warrington Sport Personality of the year in 2000 on the back of receiving Player of the Tour.

    I worked for Warrington Wolves for 8 years as a Sports Development Officer which then lead me into the Fitness Industry. I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor for 8 years now.

    I have worked with a different range of clientele throughout my career from elite athletes to newcomers to the gym. I specialise in Weight Loss, Resistance, Functional, Plyometrics and Interval Training.

    I have previously been a Club Manager but my passion is more hands on with helping clients on their fitness journey to achieving goals more effectively to boost their motivation and knowledge in a fun environment whilst also supporting them with lifestyle changes along the way.

    When I am exercising myself I like to do a mixture of HIIT and strength training. My favourite piece of kit is the TRX which is great for body weight training.

    My name is Andrew and I have been in the fitness industry for 6 years working in various different gyms as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. During my career I have developed a wealth of knowledge and have specialised in creating tailor made programmes in which aim to compliment and improve athletes and clients. I pride myself upon my ability to produce programmes in which target specific aspirations and goals with clients, with my previous experience ranging from beginners and vulnerable exercisers to competitive athletes, all of varying ages.

    From a young age I have been passionate about fitness and have wanted to share my passion with others and to give them the same great feeling it gives me. Although I am fully qualified, I consistently look to improve and broaden my knowledge and skills within the industry. This in turn allows me to constantly adjust for individuals in order to get the most engaging and efficient affects.

    I have always had a passion for health and well-being, and I have worked in the fitness industry since 2007. I’ve always maintained a good relationship with clients, and I enjoy being able to assist in their personal fitness journey and its satisfying to see what progress they make.

    My main area’s that I specialised in are; strength training, muscle building/tone, senior training, working with disabled clients and sport specific training. I regularly exercise 5 times per week myself consisting of strength training, HITT training and functional fitness. My hobbies include football, squash, golf and taking part in events such as tough-mudder.

    Mike is always active and if he isn’t working with clients then he is teaching group exercise classes or training himself, Mike represented the Armed Forces as a Boxer and currently competes on semi-professional shows.

    I regularly train in the gym 5/6 times per week to achieve various goals I set for myself, I really enjoy training one of my favourite exercises to perform in the gym is the Deadlift it works a lot of muscle groups at the same time and is functional so helps to make life activities like shopping and picking up an item off the floor much easier.

    Training in the gym has greatly helped to improve my self -esteem and confidence and this is something I like passing on to others through training.

    When I’m not in the gym I like to spend my time with family and friends, taking my dog Spud for walks and going to the cinema.

    I fell in love with fitness following the birth of my eldest child 10 years ago, not only did exercise improve the way I looked but also how I felt.

    As a mum of three, I appreciate how hard it is to get time to exercise but I know from experience that exercising regularly is not just about weight loss, it also boosts your energy levels, improves sleep patterns and leaves you feeling great.

    I am very passionate about helping people to achieve their goals, I like to really get to know my clients and understand what it is that they need.

    Once we have identified your goal I will guide you through your individually tailored plan, each session will be dependent on your fitness level and reviewed regularly. I will be there every step of the way and together we can achieve everything you want and more. I promise to work extremely hard to make each session varied and fun, I am constantly researching new and exciting training methods to use with my clients.

    My passion began with Body Combat and Body Pump is another class I thoroughly enjoy, I absolutely love the class environment. I also enjoy doing High Intensity training such as Grit and like to mix this up with conditioning exercises in the gym.

    I have always been involved with fitness on some level. Originally trained in Professional Musical Theatre, I was fortunate enough to study at New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, but over the years I struggled with my health.

    After suffering for over 10 years, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and it was then I decided that I wanted to become a Personal Trainer to help others who suffer from illnesses. I believe that giving someone the confidence in themselves again is a Personal Best to be proud of.

    As a trained dancer, I know the importance of working on posture and technique to really make the most out of any training session.
