I’m passionate about helping people look and feel better. Having being on my own personal health, wellbeing and weight loss journey, I have first-hand experience to support people on their own journey, helping them achieve their goals.
I deliver sessions to suit my client’s needs and goals with compassion and empathy whilst getting them to achieve more than they think possible. I make it fun but challenging. Specialising in fat loss, weight management and nutrition, I also train across various systems to build endurance, strength, core strength, full body conditioning, sculpting and improving fitness levels. I like to train using different methods and kit, including cardio, cross-fit, functional, boxing, circuits, weights and the TRX.
My qualifications include:
• Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Adviser
• Level 2 Gym Instructor
• Circuit Training
Personally I love running, hiking, skiing, boxing, HIIT, functional training, circuits, weightlifting and yoga.
