Re-opening confirmed for Hub sites
The three Hub sites – which have the largest customer capacity – have been selected to reopen in-line with anticipated member demand for December, with the intention being to reopen further leisure sites from Monday 4th January.
Please note – we await further clarification regarding which ‘Tier’ Warrington will be placed into from 2nd December, and will announce in more detail which activities will be restarting at the reopened Hub sites based on Government guidance once we have this information.
What happens to my membership?
Suspended leisure members – All memberships that were suspended prior to lockdown (on 5th November) will continue to remain suspended with no payments being taken when we re-open on the 2nd December.
Reactivated leisure members – All memberships that were live prior to lockdown (on 5th November) will be reactivated on Wednesday 2nd December.
When will my next payment be?
Your next payment will be taken on your chosen direct debit date following re-opening.
What happens to my annual membership?
All annual memberships which were live prior to lockdown will be reactivated on Wednesday 2nd December. A credit will be added to the end of your membership to compensate for the closure period.
My home-site isn’t reopening. Can I suspend my membership?
We understand that some members are unable to travel to alternative sites, therefore anyone wishing to suspend their membership can do so by emailing in to leisure@livewirewarrington.org
Learn to Swim, Gymnastic and Tennis lesson members – These programmes will resume from 4th January 2021.
Reactivated memberships – Your child’s membership will be suspended until 4th January 2021 – no payment will be taken in December. Once the programme resumes, your child’s membership will be reactivated and their place will remain on the same allocated slot given prior to lockdown. Direct Debit payments will resume from 4th January 2021.
Suspended memberships – Your child’s membership will continue to remain suspended when we resume the programme on 4th January 2021.
LiveWire@Home
We have recently launched a virtual offer on the LiveWire App – LiveWire@Home.
