NHS Test and Trace

To assist NHS Test and Trace contact individuals in the event of a local coronavirus outbreak, from Friday 18th September it is mandatory for visitors who have not pre-booked to use our services to register their details.

To do this please scan the QR code with your mobile phone camera or complete one of the information slips provided in the entrance to the building.

If requested your details will be released to NHS Test and Trace ONLY – and to no other party.

They will be securely kept and destroyed by us after 21 days.
