NEW DATES AND TIMES Virtual Group Personal Training – delivered by LiveWire Personal Trainers  

Each course will be led by one of LiveWire’s Personal Trainers and will consist of interactive and motivational group workouts.

Courses will be tailored to Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced levels meaning participants can choose the course best suited to their abilities. Full details can be found below:

  • Progressive 4-week exclusive course
  • 1 x 60 minute session per week
  • £40 fee per course, plus booking fee – non-refundable/non-transferrable
  • Max 8 participants
  • To be delivered virtually via Zoom

A screening call will be conducted for each participant with your dedicated PT. All sessions will be constructed as follows:

  • Welcome; re-cap/feedback of previous session and overview of session ahead
  • 45-minute workout including; cardio, strength, core, and mobility
  • PT Q&A session including peer-to-peer support

 Terms & Conditions:

  • All participation is at the clients own risk and is subject to agreement of a Health Commitment Statement.
  • A reliable internet connection is required – this is the responsibility of the client
  • All fees are non-refundable.
  • Sessions/course are non-transferrable.
  • In the event of a non-attendance there can be no compensation or alternative session provided.
  • All participants must make themselves aware of the group categories, and choose the appropriate group based on their perceived physical capabilities.

Courses

Beginners/intermediate – with Gemma

Beginner – Currently exercising 0–2 times per week of a low to moderate intensity and use regressed versions of exercises to build progress. The duration of exercise is of a shorter duration e.g. 30 minutes or less. On this course you should expect to focus on achieving a solid base-level fitness level and to learn basic exercise moves in order to build a solid foundation. You can expect to  burn some calories through exercises aimed at increasing the heart rate, such as; spot marching/running, stride-jumps, knee lifts etc. and to also improve your strength with body-weight exercises such as; Squats, Lunges, Push ups (on knees), Sit ups (Half or full) Plank (on knees). By the end of the course you will have started to build a base level fitness, and will have the confidence to take the next steps on your fitness journey.

Intermediate – Currently exercising 2–4 times per week of moderate to high intensity and often do not require to opt for regressed exercise options. The duration of exercise is typically around 30-60 minutes and may vary involve a mix of steady-state and interval type training. On this course you should expect a challenging experience while enhancing your current technique, with exercises such as; Burpee’s, squat jumps, Push ups (knees or Toes) Crunches, and Planks. By then of this course you should improve the quality of your exercise techniques and expect to be more informed around different training methods in order to take your fitness to the next level.

Intermediate – with Teresa

Currently exercising 2–4 times per week of moderate to high intensity and often do not require to opt for regressed exercise options. The duration of exercise is typically around 30-60 minutes and may vary involve a mix of steady-state and interval type training. On this course you should expect a challenging experience while enhancing your current technique, with exercises such as; Burpee’s, squat jumps, Push ups (knees or Toes) Crunches, and Planks. By then of this course you should improve the quality of your exercise techniques and expect to be more informed around different training methods in order to take your fitness to the next level.

  • Session 2 – Wednesday 3rd February – 07:30-08:30
  • Session 3 – Wednesday 10th February – 07:30-08:30
  • Session 4 – Wednesday 17th February – 07:30-08:30

Advanced – with Mike

Currently exercising 5 or more times per week of a high intensity level. This course is for those who want to be physically pushed to achieve their full potential, and will incorporate more advanced exercise options such as; Burpee Tucks, ballistic Push ups, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Lunges etc.. By the end of this course you should feel that you have been tested to your physical potential and set some new goals for the future.

  • Session 3 – Tuesday 9th February – 18:00-19:00
