Macmillan Coffee Mornings return to LiveWire this September

Macmillan morning

Local residents are invited to attend LiveWire’s Macmillan Coffee Mornings taking place across Warrington this September to support Macmillan Cancer Support.

The events will be held at Birchwood, Orford Jubilee and Great Sankey, giving people the opportunity to enjoy coffee, cake and good company while raising money for people living with cancer.

Macmillan Coffee Morning is one of the UK’s biggest fundraising events, bringing communities together to support a shared cause.

The money raised helps Macmillan be there for people living with cancer when they need it most, whether that’s through specialist advice, emotional support, financial guidance or helping them navigate life during and after treatment.

Every donation made at LiveWire’s events will go directly to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Last year, LiveWire’s Macmillan Coffee Mornings raised an impressive £2,221.31 for the charity.

Great Sankey’s 2025 Macmillan Coffee Morning included the launch of Body Combat 104.

This year, staff, volunteers and visitors are hoping to beat that total and raise even more to support Macmillan’s vital work.

Go Green for Macmillan

Show your support for Macmillan Cancer Support by wearing something green to your local LiveWire coffee morning.

Enjoy a cuppa, tuck into some cake and help raise vital funds for people living with cancer. Every donation makes a difference.

Whether you’re popping in for a quick brew or staying to catch up with friends and neighbours, everyone is welcome.
