LiveWire Customers Gain Free Unlimited Access to PressReader Digital Publications

PressReader has more than 7,000 publications from over 120 countries and is partnering with LiveWire to give their customers free unlimited access to PressReader’s magazines and newspapers that have been enhanced for digital performance. 

With thousands of digital editions of publications from all over the world in over 60 languages, PressReader is leading the way in making sure the production of quality journalism is supported locally and nationally. The platform provides customers with instant access 24/7 with audio narration and translation features, and publications can be downloaded, printed, and read offline.

LiveWire is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Warrington, offering services that support the physical and mental wellbeing of the local community. As a CIC company, all revenue LiveWire generate is re-invested back into the community. They are the largest provider of leisure, libraries, and lifestyle in Warrington, working proactively to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of the community.

This new partnership with PressReader will provide the LiveWire community with free, unlimited access to local and renowned publications as soon as they are available on the shelves, including Forbes, Women’s Health, The Guardian, Daily Mail, and BBC Good Food.

LiveWire’s customers can access the publications on their smartphones, tablets, PCs and Macbooks, compatible with Apple, Android, Kindle Fire, Windows and many more. LiveWire has HotSpots in all four of their leisure hub locations where PressReader will be available, including Orford Jubilee, Woolston, Great Sankey, and Bewsey Dallam. They can also be viewed on People’s Network computer libraries.

PressReader has discovered a simple and cost-effective way for people to discover stories and learn about world events, changing the way they access and enjoy reading magazines and newspapers. LiveWire customers won’t have to pay anything, giving them access to inspirational advice, stories, and news from publications worldwide to help benefit the community’s health and wellbeing.
