LiveWire Announces Opening Date for Phase 1 of the Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub

Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub has been an integral part of the community for almost 40 years. West Warrington is expanding at a rapid pace, with over ten thousand new inhabitants of areas such as Chapelford Village, an upgrade of Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub was something that was desperately needed.

LiveWire is committed to providing the best in service to the people of Warrington and this will reflect in the new, Dementia friendly, Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub. The multi-million pound regeneration of the old Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub will reflect this ethos, as the new Neighbourhood Hub will provide services that the whole of the community can benefit from.

Phase 1 of the Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub will see the opening of a state of the art fitness suite, which will cater to all levels of fitness and has enough equipment to deal with the busiest of gyms.

Phase 1 will also include the opening of three brand new studios that will be running classes accessible to all levels of fitness, ages and abilities alongside the very popular Les Mills classes and virtual classes for the first time.

LiveWire’s Managing Director, Emma Hutchinson, spoke about the completion of Phase 1 of the Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub. Emma said, “We are delighted to announce that the state of the art Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub will open on February 12.

The team at LiveWire have worked tirelessly to ensure that this new facility will meet our own high expectations and those of the local community.

Open tours of the Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub will be available from Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 February at the following times: Wednesday – Friday, 10am-8pm and Saturday – Sunday, 1pm-4pm. There is no need to book – just pop in and a member of the team will be available to answer any questions you may have.
