Free open day at Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Complex

This September marks 30 years since Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Complex was first established in Warrington.

To mark this special anniversary, Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Complex will be throwing open its doors to the public, for a free family event that promises something for everyone this weekend.

Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Complex will be open to the public on Saturday 22 September from 11am until 3pm.

There will be a range of activities including free access to outdoor courts, children’s activities, fun games, a raffle and tombola. 

Open day organiser, Alex Day, Tennis Development Manager at LiveWire, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming the public into Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Complex to help celebrate this special anniversary.

“This is a great way for the community to discover more about their local Leisure and Tennis Complex. We would like as many people as possible to come along to the open day, try out some fun activities and have a great time.”
