LiveWire@Home

We want to help you stay motivated this Christmas.

We have created a special timetable of classes on LiveWire@Home to keep you on track with your fitness goals over the next two weeks. Our timetable includes some standard LiveWire@Home live streamed classes as well as some re-plays of some of your favourite on demand classes. We are also streaming live from some of our regular classes at Orford Hub too!

New Group Fitness Class

We’re currently working on some changes to our Group Fitness offer to come into effect from 18th January. We’re very excited to announce the introduction of a brand new programme – Les Mills Body Attack that will be available at our Orford and Great Sankey Hub sites following a launch weekend over 16-17th January.
