Locally we have a number of children and young people’s services and support groups which can be assessed through the HappyOkSad website, click on the link below:

LiveWire libraries has special collections to help children and young people cope with a range of difficult situations.  The Reading Well for children booklist contains books covering topics relevant to the children of today, including grief, anxiety, bullying and staying safe online.  Alongside this, Shelf Help is a collection of endorsed recommended books for young people aged 13 – 18 with advice and information about issues like anxiety, stress, OCD and difficult experiences like bullying and exams.  Although our libraries are currently closed books from these collections are available via our Order and Collect Service. LiveWire Warrington – Order and Collect
