Changes to booking procedures for members
It is now over 8 weeks since we reopened a number of our Leisure sites, which has given staff and customers chance to get used to the new safety and hygiene measures in place aimed at helping to limit the spread of Covid-19.
Because of the success of the measures put in place, and in response to member feedback, we are pleased to announce that from today – Monday 5th October – customers will be permitted to turn up for activities without prior booking.
Please note, all activities are subject to availability, and we do strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid any disappointment on arrival at our sites. We also ask members not to come to sessions that are fully booked unless a place has been reserved in advance.
We reserve the right to revert to the previous system of prebooking should we feel it is in the best interests of customers and staff.
ALL customers who do not book in advance will be required to register their chosen activity at the reception counter with a member of staff.
Due to the current local restrictions in place in Warrington over 18’s should now only take part in indoor activity with members of your own household or support bubble. This means that all Badminton, Squash and Indoor Tennis court hire must be carried out in accordance with this (there is an exemption to this if the activity is organised for the purposes of someone who has a disability taking part and an exemption for children’s activities).
