Fit To Tackle Blog – Week 8
This week saw a great weigh in with the group almost hitting 30 stone! Well done and keep going!
Wednesday’s session was a bit damp, drizzly and cold but…….WE GOT TO TRAIN ALONGSIDE WOLFIE!
Ok, we’re exaggerating slightly, but the iconic club mascot was doing some filming on the pitch while everyone was doing their warm up laps – and the pace definitely slowed down a bit while going past Wolfie so we could have a good look!
Wolfie was recording a funny video showing him recovering from his infamous tackle with coach Steve Price…….sadly none of FTT made it into the final video - that you can check out on the Wolves facebook page :)
Basically we were so starstruck from our close encounter of the furry kind, the rest of the session was a bit of a blur - we seem to remember lots of steps and squats, and seats however - leading to total jelly legs syndrome (it’s a thing alright!)

Anyway there’s only 3 weeks to go on FTT 14 so let’s have a fantastic final push and get some real individual and collective victories both on – and off – the scales!
