The Lifestyles Team are on hand to offer a range of drop-in group and one-on-one sessions. You can attend whichever session suits you best, in an environment you feel most comfortable in. An advisor will discuss what the LiveWire Lifestyles programme entails and discuss your current eating pattern to look at what positive changes you can make.

Incorporating healthy eating and exercise is the best way to get you and your family back into shape. LiveWire’s Lifestyles Team are dedicated to help you reach your desired weight.  They will help you with the right motivation, healthy eating tips and realistic goals. Throughout all LiveWire sites, there are lots of individual and family activities to get you and your family on your feet and active.

Weight Management Drop In Timetable

These are drop in sessions, just turn up during the session times, no need to book. Weight Management sessions are for individuals with a BMI of 28+.
