Swim Coach, Level 1 & 2
Hours: Variable Permanent Hours (casual) and part time available.

Hourly rate: Level 1 – £9.76 – £11.08
Level 2 – £11.44 – £13.00
LiveWire has opportunities for Swim Coaches to deliver across our Performance Development Squads which provides the training programme for Warriors of Warrington swimmers. Sessions take place across Broomfields Leisure Centre, Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub and Woolston Neighbourhood Hub.
We are looking for motivational swim coaches who are keen to train the next generation of competitive swimmers. You may have a competitive swimming background or want to pass on your passion for swimming but a successful candidate will need to demonstrate they can be a team player and an interest in supporting our young swimmers to reach their full potential.
You must hold a current RLSS National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) qualification and where possible an up to date safeguarding qualification through Swim England.
Good communication skills are required, along with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Ideally some experience of coaching within a competitive swimming environment would be preferable especially for Level 2 coaches along with an understanding of Swim England’s Learn to Swim Framework and the pathway through to competitive swimming.
