Job Title: Lifestyles Advisor
Salary: £21,640 – £24,595 per annum
Location: Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub, but requirement to work across Warrington
Contract type: Permanent, 37 hours per week
LiveWire has a vacancy for a Lifestyle Advisor to join an award winning team that has a strong reputation in providing positive health outcomes across Warrington. The team which is based at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub is diverse, fun and fast paced.
Applicants should have:
- GP Exercise Referral qualification
- Experience of working with a range of specialised groups and one to one delivery to support behaviour change with a focus on exercise referral and weight management
- Sound knowledge of public health incentives both locally and nationally
A passion for delivering a customer focussed service is essential. Applicants must also be adaptable and prepared to assist with the other core elements of our service including smoking cessation
