Leisure Customer Services Advisor
Location: Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub
Hours: Part time 18 hours (shift work including evenings and weekends)
Contract type: Permanent
Rate of pay: £8,305.00 – £8,878.00 per annum (National Minimum Wage £9.18 for 21-22 years olds, National Living Wage £9.50 for age 23 and over)
LiveWire has a vacancy for a part time Customer Services Advisor at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub.
LiveWire offer a diverse range of services covering leisure, libraries and lifestyles. Customer Service Advisors provide advice to customers on the full range of LiveWire’s services. Specifically, duties include selling memberships, booking customers on classes, dealing with internal and external bookings, undertaking stock rotation and handling cash.
Customer Service Advisors interact with the customer either face to face or over the phone and, from time to time, help out in the Contact Centre.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent customer servicing and interpersonal skills and the ability to promote and sell membership packages. Evidence of previous experience in the field of sales would be advantageous.
All hours/shift patterns include some evening and weekend working.
