Leisure Assistant
Location: Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub
Hours: 37 hours working a shift pattern including evenings and weekends
Contract type: Permanent
Rate of pay: £8.04 – £8.58 per hour plus enhancements (£9.18 for age 21-22 and £9.50 for age 23 and over) National Living Wage
LiveWire is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to work as Leisure Assistant at Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub.
The role of a Leisure Assistant is to assist in the provision of a safe, clean and welcoming environment for customers. Specifically, you will help move equipment, set up for events, respond to customer enquiries and take part in a daily cleaning rota; in addition, you could be expected to act as a key holder when required.
Leisure Assistants also support the sale of memberships by providing information on membership packages to customers and showing them around the facility.
If you are a customer orientated individual with experience and/or an interest in sport leisure, and have the ability to work as part of a team, then we’d like to hear from you.
LiveWire is a 7 day a week business and hours will vary and include evenings and weekends.
LiveWire are facilitating RLSS Pool Lifeguard courses within the near future and for the right candidate this would offer clear and quick progression pathways.
